I am a technology leader, minister, musician, family leader, community advocate and lifelong learner. My journey has taken me through different cities, careers, relationships, ministries, challenges and opportunities; but each chapter has contributed to the man I am today.

Leading Complex Technology Through Strategy, Execution & Transformation
With more than two decades of experience across enterprise technology, program and project management, cybersecurity, cloud platforms and business systems, I have led initiatives that connect strategy with execution and help organizations navigate complex change.
My experience spans Microsoft 365, Workday, Salesforce, Dynamics 365, PeopleSoft, ServiceNow, Azure, identity and access management, data protection, AI, security operations, and enterprise transformation.

Leadership, to me, is not limited to the workplace. It also means creating spaces where family history is preserved, relationships are strengthened, and future generations are supported.
As President and Executive Director of the Flowers Family Reunion Association and the Flowers Family Reunion Scholarship Fund, I help lead efforts focused on family connection, education, service, and preserving the legacy of the Flowers family.
The Flowers Family Reunion Association Scholarship Fund is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization committed to supporting educational opportunity and investing in the next generation.

Faith Has Shaped Every Chapter of My Journey
My faith has been a consistent source of direction, growth and purpose throughout my life. Ministry, music, prayer and service have given me opportunities to encourage others while continuing to deepen my own relationship with God.
As an ordained minister and musician, I have served through worship, production ministry, devotionals, prayer and other areas of church life. I believe ministry extends beyond a pulpit; it is also reflected in how we serve, lead, encourage and show up for others.

Helping Others See What Is Possible
Mentorship has given me the opportunity to share lessons from my own journey while encouraging young people to recognize their potential, strengthen their confidence and understand that their lives can make a meaningful difference.
As a mentor with Junior Achievement of America, I have had the privilege of supporting young people as they develop the skills, perspective and belief needed to pursue their goals.
I Was Born to Change the World!
In a speech delivered in Denver, Colorado, I shared parts of my journey and the experiences that shaped my belief that each of us has the ability to create change, overcome challenges and make an impact.
Service in Times of Crisis
My commitment to service has also included volunteer work with the American Red Cross. During the response to Hurricane Katrina, I took time away from work to support disaster operations, serving in a planning role within Disaster Response. That experience reinforced the importance of preparation, coordination and showing up for people when they need support most.
